Making Sense of Challenging Behaviour in Adolescence

This workshop will explore how your young person’s brain works, how hormones and puberty impact upon our children, how we can support them and respond to challenging behaviour to achieve positive outcomes.

During this workshop we will look at what is sleep and identify the types of difficulties that some children experience, exploring ideas and strategies to help improve your child’s sleep.
