About Palatine Wellbeing
Looking after our mental health and wellbeing can be tricky, especially during Covid-19 when there are extra pressures which may affect us all in different ways. On this part of our website you will be able to see all of the content we have put together for Wellbeing Weekends, which is run on our Facebook Friends and Family and Instagram page. We hope you will find these resources a helpful way to think about looking after yourself and your mental health at this time. If you have any questions or ideas for something you would like covered as part of Wellbeing Weekends, please email Sophie at smilner-smith@palatineschool.org
If you have any urgent concerns or are really struggling with your mental health, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or the Samaritans who will all be able to help you. https://www.samaritans.org/how-we-can-help/contact-samaritan/
